Southeast Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam. If your destination is not listed, checkout is not currently available for that country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is charged once per order in USD. United States: standard shipping $7.99 or express shipping $19.99. Selected Europe: standard shipping $26. Southeast Asia: standard shipping $12. Express is currently available only for the United States. Customs duties, import taxes, remote-address or oversized-parcel surcharges may be additional; see the shipping policy.

When will my order arrive?

Processing depends on stock checks, packing and carrier handover. Delivery timing depends on your destination, service and customs clearance. If you need a dress for a particular date, contact support before ordering; no fixed arrival date is guaranteed here.

How do I choose my size and color?

Read the individual product's description and size chart when provided. Compare the measurements and units with a garment that fits you; sizes can vary between styles. Select the color to see its photo when available. If no color-specific photo has been added, the product's main photo is shown. Ask support about any unclear measurements or color details before paying.

Can I pay with PayPal or a credit or debit card?

The payment options available for your order appear on its payment page. PayPal processes the payment. Card checkout and Pay Later may be offered depending on your country, account and PayPal eligibility; these options are not guaranteed for every buyer. Do not send card details or passwords through live chat.

Does an order number mean my payment is complete?

No. An order can exist while its status is Awaiting payment. After paying, check the payment status on your order page. If a charge appears but your order is still awaiting payment, contact support with your order number before attempting another payment.
